This position will be responsible primarily for the adjustment of first and third-party Property Damage Auto claims as well as certain, Bodily Injury, Med Pay and No-Fault claims.Â
How You Will ContributeÂ
Coverage assessment and verificationÂ
Investigate, evaluate, and resolve first and third-party Auto Property Damage claims as well as certain Bodily Injury, Med Pay and No-Fault claims.Â
Assure the proper reserving of all lossesÂ
Participate in recognized safety/marketing programsÂ
Assign and manage the activities of independent adjusters and other vendorsÂ
Work effectively with clients, brokers,attorneys and other departmentsÂ
Identify subrogation potentialÂ
Manage the subrogation processÂ
Preparing comprehensive claim correspondence, including denials and RORsÂ
Attend training classes and/or secure professional designationsÂ
Prepare substantive Claim Reports.Â
Make recommendations toreserve and disposition of claims.Â

Skills & Experience to Be Successful Â
Required:Â
Bachelor’s degree or life experienceÂ
At least three years of experience in handling commercial automobile claimsÂ
Experience with catastrophic claim handlingÂ
Valid home-state adjuster’s licenseÂ
Good telephone demeanorÂ
Proficient use of a PCÂ
Valid driver’s licenseÂ
Occasional travelÂ
Pay Range
75,000.00 - 85,000.00 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourlyrate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
