We are seeking an experiencedEnterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and expand our presence across the European, Middle East or Africa telecom market. This role is designed for provenhunter-style sales professionals who excel at identifying opportunities, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and leading complex sales cycles through to commercial close. The successful candidate will take full ownership of territory development, from prospecting and opportunity qualification to negotiation and contract execution. The primary focus is on generating new BSS revenue through direct engagement with telecom operators and other key players within the telecom ecosystem.

Mandatory requirements

Direct telecom sales. Demonstrable experience selling technology, software or complex solutions directly to telecom operators, with personal responsibility for opportunity progression and commercial closure.

International sales. Proven cross-border selling experience is mandatory, including remote stakeholder management and in-country customer engagement outside Bosnia and Herzegovina.

B2B enterprise complexity. Track record in long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales involving business, technology, procurement, legal and security stakeholders.

Hunter performance. Evidence of originating opportunities through targeted outbound activity, referrals, events, partners and executive outreach rather than relying only on inbound leads.

Commercial ownership. Ability to lead discovery, qualification, solution positioning, business-case development, proposals, RFP responses, negotiation and contracting.

Executive communication. Credible communication with C-level and senior telecom leaders, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into revenue, margin, agility, compliance and operational outcomes.

Operating discipline. Consistent CRM hygiene, account planning, qualification, forecast accuracy and next-step control.

Language and mobility. Professional English and willingness and practical ability to travel throughout the assigned European territory.

Preferred qualifications

BSS domain knowledge. Experience with one or more of billing, charging, mediation, revenue management, product/catalog, order management, partner management, roaming, interconnect or wholesale BSS.

European market access. Recent selling experience and senior relationships within target European operators or telecom groups.

Wholesale ecosystem. Experience selling to wholesale business units, carriers, FiberCos, TowerCos, MVNOs or partner ecosystems.

Tender experience. Experience shaping and responding to RFI/RFP processes and working with system integrators, consulting firms or channel partners.

Additional languages. A territory-relevant European language beyond English.
