About the Role

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will take ownership of implementing SAP solutions, from analyzing business requirements to configuring systems and supporting clients post go-live. You’ll play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?

Lead and manageend-to-end SAP FICO implementations
Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP solutions
Identify system gaps and propose functional designs
Configure SAP modules and develop test scenarios
Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation
Support clients duringgo-live and post-implementation (hypercare)
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients
Providepre-sales support and contribute to solution design
Mentor junior consultants and lead training sessions
Assist in developing SAP-related training materials and academy courses
Identify opportunities for additional consulting services

Hard Skills

Strong expertise inSAP FICO (FI & CO modules)
Experience withfull-cycle SAP implementation projects
Knowledge ofS/4HANA (preferred)
Familiarity withCOPA (a plus)
Ability to configure SAP systems and handle integrations
Experience intesting, migration, and system enablement
Strong documentation and process design skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inIT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
At least 4 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
Experience handling3–5 full-cycle implementations andmini projects
SAP Certification is a plus

Hybrid setup – 3 days onsite inQuezon City
