Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and fit.
Organize and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding procedures.
Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates for future openings.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve sourcing strategies.

Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar position in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and tools to attract top talent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
