Role Overview:

As a Telesales Representative at YourRetreats Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and generating leads through outbound phone calls. You will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and building relationships with potential customers. Your goal will be to promote our innovative lodge manufacturing business and convert leads into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate interest and gather information.

Sales Pitch:

Deliver a compelling sales pitch to potential customers, highlighting the unique value of our lodge manufacturing business.

Relationship Building:

Nurture relationships with leads, building trust and rapport to increase conversions.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for the Business Development team to further discuss client requirements and close deals.

Follow-up and Documentation:

Follow up with leads via phone and email, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation in our CRM system.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

Previous Experience: Experience in telesales or a similar sales role is preferred, but not required. We are open to candidates with a passion for sales and an eagerness to learn.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of our lodge manufacturing business.
Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on conversion rates and generating leads.
Customer-Centric: Demonstrates a customer-centric approach and the ability to build relationships with potential clients.
Resilience: Can handle objections and navigate rejections with a positive attitude and persistence.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, is a plus.
