YOOX NET-A-PORTER is now seeking a talented Assistant Marketing Manager, South Korea to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Reporting into: Korea Market Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

Develop and execute the South Korean NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER Marketing plan to deliver overall revenue and new customer targets supporting Korea Market Manager
Champion the voice of the South Korea customer – ensure all strategies and plans across teams integrate local customers and market insight
Key focus on (but not limited to) South Korea.
Work seamlessly with the Brand Marketing Team to execute global campaigns with a regional focus
In conjunction with the Growth team, develop and execute the media plans for the region
Create market leading partnerships through-out the region to drive new customer acquisition and revenue
Execute best in class events to drive both new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement
Develop market-specific cross-channel acquisition and retention campaigns with cross functional partners
Optimise local events, holidays and moments through partnership with cross functional teams such as Email Marketing, CRM, Channel Marketing, PR, Performance Marketing and Editorial to drive local engagement and brand awareness
Assess potential partnerships with local businesses and develop optimized partnership campaign planning
Work hand in hand with the Personal Shopping and Client Relations team to drive EIP customer strategy and business across the region
Provide weekly market reporting and analysis with recommendations for optimisations to drive customer acquisition and revenue through local insights
Manage on a day-to-day basis the South Korea marketing budgets and optimise through-out the year as appropriate
Provide strong, inspiring leadership to the Korea Team

The type of person we are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree
6~8 years in solid marketing experience (min. 5 years) gained in a luxury and/or online retail environment. Ideally with experience of managing external partnerships as an advantage
Experience of project management and managing partnerships with external and internal stakeholders
In-depth understanding of luxury, fashion, retail, and e-commerce industry of Korea
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Proven experience of working with digital channels, particularly Kakao and Naver
Highly creative and idea-focused individual demonstrated through a proven track record of implementing successful and innovative marketing campaigns with an appreciation of the luxury market and environment
Aptitude with numbers, reporting tools, and strong commercial acumen
Exceptional communication and presentation skills required
Proactive, self-confident, and highly motivated team player
Korean mother tongue and excellent command of the English language
Understanding and passion for retail, fashion, lifestyle, travel and art
