Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across Workforce Africa.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among project teams, consultants, and support staff.
Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Manage resource allocation and budgeting to optimize operational capacity.
Facilitate communication and workflow between regional offices and headquarters to ensure alignment.
Drive compliance with industry regulations and internal policies within all operational activities.

Bachelor’s degree in any related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in business, hr operations & client success roles.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive operational initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in process optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with the African business environment and cultural considerations.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational software platforms.
Experience in EOR & PEO HR Operations.
