Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to systematically grow our market share in the structural moving and heavy lifting industries.
Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with structural movers, general contractors, and engineering firms.
Product Expertise: Provide exceptional product knowledge, consultation, and customer service to clients, confidently guiding them to the right machinery solutions.
Lead Generation: Actively identify, qualify, and pursue new business leads across both domestic and international markets.
Market Expansion: Analyze global territory demands and build tailored approaches to capture niche markets in the relocation sector.

**Requirements:

- **3+ years of sales experience, preferably in machinery, construction, or heavy equipment industries**.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

- Strong understanding of the structural moving and relocation industry (preferred but not required).

- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
