What you'll do

Prospecting & Opportunity Generation

Identify and Connect: Research and engage qualified prospects aligned with our target markets and services through outreach, networking, and relevant industry events.
Open Conversations: Build initial relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and challenges, and communicate our solutions in a clear, relevant, and value-driven way.

Sales & Pipeline Management

Build Opportunities: Qualify leads and turn early conversations into potential business opportunities, preparing quotes and commercial proposals based on prospect needs.
Own Your Pipeline: Keep leads, opportunities, and follow-ups organized and up to date, ensuring consistent progress throughout the sales process.
Drive Growth: Work toward defined sales goals and annual quotas, contributing directly to company revenue objectives and identifying potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Tools & Continuous Improvement

Use Technology Smartly: Leverage our sales technology stack—including CRM, prospecting, outreach, and AI tools—to support efficient and effective sales activities.
Track and Improve: Monitor your sales activities, lead progress, opportunities, and KPIs, sharing regular updates and using insights to continuously improve your sales approach.

Your experience & strengths

Experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or a commercial support role.
Fully bilingual: English/Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, or similar platforms.
Tech and AI savvy, with the ability to quickly explore and adopt new tools.
Advanced student or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
Experience working in international or multicultural environments is a plus.
