James A. Wheat & Sons, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Comfort Consultant & Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will combine your expertise in HVAC systems with sales skills to help customers find the best heating and cooling solutions for their homes. You will be responsible for educating clients, providing accurate quotes, and closing sales while maintaining exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Perform in-depth assessments of customers' HVAC needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, estimates, and contracts to prospective clients.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and market trends.
Attend training sessions and participate in ongoing professional development.

High school diploma or equivalent; prior sales experience, particularly in HVAC or related industries, preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.

Training & Development
Weekly Pay - Straight 10% commission, uncapped, for completed installations within gross profit goal.
