Role Description

As our HR Generalist, you will have a 360-degree impact on the employee lifecycle—from the moment someone joins us to their ongoing growth and daily experience within the company. The Human Resources Generalist will manage day-to-day HR functions including policy administration, employee benefits coordination, and HR records maintenance. The role requires ensuring compliance with HR policies, supporting employee well-being, and addressing organizational needs related to workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Manage the full end-to-end hiring process.
Onboarding: Organize and execute seamless onboarding for new hires.
HR Administration: Handle contracts and core HR procedures.
Performance Management: Support and facilitate performance review processes.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for daily HR inquiries.
Company Culture: Ensure the consistent enhancement and promotion of our corporate culture.

What we are looking for

Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in an HR role.
Versatility: Broad HR knowledge and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently in a one-person HR setup.
Resilience: Effectiveness in managing demanding or complex situations.
Mindset: A strong problem-solving logic combined with a people-centric approach.
