Role Description

We are looking for a creative and organizedCreative Project Manager (Experiences & Events) to join our team, either as a full-time member or on a project-based (contractor) basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for translating client briefs into engaging experiential concepts and managing their full execution. From developing creative proposals and presentations to coordinating production and delivery, you will oversee projects from idea to implementation, ensuring that every experience is impactful, well-organized, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development: Translate client briefs into creative experiential concepts and proposals.

Proposal Creation: Develop presentations and project proposals for clients, combining creative thinking with practical execution.

Project Ownership: Manage projects end-to-end, from concept development and planning to final delivery.

Production Coordination: Coordinate internal teams and external partners during the production and implementation phases.

Timeline Management: Build and manage project timelines to ensure smooth delivery.

Vendor Management: Coordinate suppliers, partners, and collaborators involved in the project.

Onsite Presence: Be present onsite during events, activations, and productions when required.

Quality Control: Ensure the final experience matches the concept and meets high production standards.

What we are looking for

Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in project management, production, or a similar role.

Industry Knowledge: Background in events, activations, experiential marketing, or creative production.

Creative Thinking: Ability to transform briefs into compelling concepts and experiences.

Presentation Skills: Comfortable creating and presenting project proposals.

Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Mindset: Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

Mobility: Availability for limited travel outside of Athens when required.
