Represent lenders and institutional clients incomplex commercial real estate transactions
Draft, review, and negotiateloan agreements and key transaction documents
Leadtitle and survey review, identifying and resolving issues proactively
Advise clients onfinancing structures and risk mitigation strategies
Partner with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless, high-quality legal service

👤 What You Bring

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
Active Bar admission (in good standing)
4–6 years of substantive real estate law experience
Proven background in:

Real estate financing
Lender-side representation
Drafting and negotiating loan documents

Experience withtitle and survey diligence
Core strengths:

Sharp analytical thinking
Exceptional drafting and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision

Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $310,000-$390,000, as determined by experience and market factors
