Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings
Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and property listings
Perform data entry and maintain databases for client and property information

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with real estate terminology and processes is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
