Who We Typically Work With

We regularly engage freelance talent for roles such as,

Engineers (A1, A2, V1, V2, LED, LD, ME)
Camera Operators & Technical Directors
Graphics Operators (e.g. PowerPoint, Keynote)
Playback Operators (e.g. Millumin, Pixera, Mitti, etc)
Production Assistants & Stage Managers
Show Callers & Event Producers
Streaming / Broadcast Specialists
Breakout Coordinators
Set/Strike Crew

What We Look For

Proven experience in live event production or AV services
Technical expertise with industry-standard gear and platforms (e.g. audio consoles, video switchers, playback systems, lighting rigs, streaming tools)
Professionalism, punctuality, and adaptability in a show environment
Ability to collaborate on-site or remotely with production teams, clients, and vendors
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure
A strong work ethic and “no job too small” mindset
Available to work nights and weekends as needed
Available to travel
Able to lift 50 lbs. when needed
Valid Driver’s License
Able to work with others
Teamwork ethic
