Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars and coordinate appointments and meetings efficiently
Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, ensuring all relevant information is readily available
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team, including accommodations
Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for various stakeholders
Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments or external partners
Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism
Monitor and respond to communications on behalf of the executives, prioritizing urgent matters
Support day-to-day operations of the executive office by managing administrative tasks effectively.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work independently
Experience in managing travel arrangements and coordinating schedules effectively
