Virtual Construction Assistants is a US-based outsourcing company that specializes in the Construction Industry. We find and recruit talented individuals to provide remote Construction Administrative Support for our US-based Clients.

We are looking for qualified and highly experienced construction professionals for our talent pool to work remotely for our US Clients. You will be part of a team of professional remote Engineers, Architects, and support staff that fulfills our clients' needs for construction administrative support.

Responsibilities

Analyze construction project plans, specifications, and contracts to determine cost estimates
Prepare detailed cost analysis, including materials, labor, and equipment
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to review and refine estimates
Assist in negotiating contracts with contractors and suppliers
Monitor project progress and ensure that costs remain within budget
Identify and document potential risks and opportunities for cost savings
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in construction costs

Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
Solid understanding of construction project management and cost control principles
Proficiency in construction estimating software and spreadsheets
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have own computer and a stable internet connection
Ability to work US hours

Salary

$225 per week
