Now, we are leveraging that proprietary data to build vertical AI solutions for healthcare. Endoscopy — a procedure in which the doctor places a camera inside the patient to visualize — plays a critical role in healthcare. Current endoscopy IT systems lack meaningful clinical data and do not provide actionable insights within today’s care pathways. We are building the data infrastructure, tools, and expertise to make this new world a reality.

Job Description

As part of our ambitious journey, we are seeking an experienced and highly-motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. The current iteration of this role will have more varied responsibilities given the size and stage of our organization, and will feel like a combination of Customer Support, Implementation, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience working in a start-up environment, or someone with consulting experience who wants to take those skills and apply them to a dynamic environment with significant autonomy, and the opportunity to quickly accelerate their career and experiences.

As we grow, we'll look to specialize within the department, and a key component of this role will be driving us to be more efficient and scalable, enabling that specialization. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for implementing new customers, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring successful adoption and utilization of our surgical video solutions. This is a crucial role that requires a deep understanding of customer needs, a proactive desire to fix not just the problems in front of you, but to discern their root cause and drive resolution of fixes upstream, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a fully remote position based in the United States, with a salary band of $120,000-$130,000.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, surgeons, and healthcare professionals
Oversee the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring smooth implementation and training
Develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices to optimize customer satisfaction and product adoption
Monitor customer health and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product enhancements

3-5+ years of experience in implementation, customer success, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology industry

Strong understanding of healthcare systems and workflows
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and foster strong customer relationships
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
