In this role, you’ll own the operational backbone of our business — ensuring projects run on time, teams are aligned, and systems are built for scale. We're a profitable, fast-growing startup with paying users and enough runway to support long-term growth. ### **The Role** Location: Los Angeles, CA Compensation: $100,000 and $120,000 + Benefits + Meaningful Equity This role is perfect for someone with an agency or high-growth startup background who thrives on designing and running scalable systems, managing cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence. ### **What You’ll Be Working On** * Build and maintain SOPs, CRM systems, and internal tooling for smooth daily operations. * Hire, onboard, and manage a distributed team across multiple time zones. * Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure consistent execution. * Implement and refine reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics. * Coordinate cross-functional workflows between marketing, sales, and support teams. ### **Requirements** (1) Proven success in leading operations, scaling teams, and implementing systems in a high-growth environment (2) Strong ability to recruit, train, and manage remote or distributed teams with measurable results ### **Preferred qualifications** (1) Experience scaling remote teams from early stage to multi-million-dollar revenue (2) Proficiency with CRMs, Discord, and Notion as core operational tools (3) Comfort working in high-trust, fast-paced environments with minimal oversight
