We're a growing company specializing in Lead Generation, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Market Research Representative Team!

Job Description:

As a Market Research Representative, you'll handle customer calls and provide support from anywhere in the world—this position is fully remote!

Key Research responsibilities:

Make calls in a friendly, professional and courteous manner

Help customers by providing product/service information and solving their issues

Keep records of calls and update customer information in our system

Meet performance goals for call quality and customer satisfaction

Great communication skills in English

Strong focus on customer service

Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection + a good working mic (a must)

Ability to work independently and manage your time well

Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required
