Mission/Purpose

The Executive Assistant will have the opportunity to work directly with Athena, the founder and CEO of Unrestricted Ventures.

The efforts of the Executive Assistant will help our CEO maximize communication, organization, preparation, and execution - empowering Unrestricted Ventures to help more aspiring business owners achieve their dream.

Accountabilities:

Owning communication for the CEO via email, Signal, Slack, Telegram, social media inboxes, and other relevant channels. This includes communication with lawyers, lenders, other vendors, partners, and incoming requests
Coordinating travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO
Pre- and post-meeting support and prep, including: pre-interview briefs, note-taking, post-meeting summaries, and gathering action items
Organization support for the CEO including: data entry, digital document organization, and reminders regarding tasks and communication
Ad hoc projects, tasks, research, and process improvements for the CEO

Skills to excel:

Skilled at managing multiple projects and prioritizing the most important tasks. Able to communicate updates and next steps clearly
A bias toward action
Proactive approach to seek out what can be done
Organized by nature
Strong communication and people skills to leave an exceptional impression on behalf of the CEO

What technical knowledge do you have to perform in your role?

Required

Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
HubSpot (or similar CRM software)
Zoom (or similar video conferencing software)

Preferred

Notion (or similar project management tool)
ChatGPT - for drafting communications, summarizing documents, and conducting research

Qualifications (Nice to haves):

1+ years in an Executive Assistant role
Experience managing an executive’s calendar
Experience booking travel and accommodations for coworkers
