The Role:

We’re looking for afull-time Operations & Client Success Coordinator to ensure a seamless moving experience for both customers and movers. In this role, you’ll be the glue that holds our moving operations together—handling customer inquiries, coordinating schedules, managing last-minute changes, and solving problems in real time.

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Customer Support & Scheduling:

Guide customers through their moving process via phone and email.
Convert inbound leads into booked moves.
Follow up with potential customers to maximize scheduling capacity.
Answer customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and expertise.

🔹 Operations & Coordination:

Assign and confirm movers for scheduled jobs.
Manage last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and mover callouts.
Ensure each move is properly staffed and runs smoothly.
Proactively identify and resolve any scheduling or logistics challenges.

🔹 Problem-Solving & Process Improvement:

Address customer concerns and escalations with a solutions-focused approach.
Support movers with guidance, troubleshooting, and real-time coordination.
Help refine processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience Requirements

Location and Hours

We're looking for someone who will be working on Eastern Standard Time in the US.
Undergrads' headquarters is located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
