🔧 Key Responsibilities

Lead the architecture, design, development, and testing of modern UI applications using React, TypeScript, Redux.

Own end-to-end delivery for client projects, including architectural reviews, solution planning, and stakeholder presentations.

Build and maintain design system component libraries that scale across enterprise products.

Work in Agile/Scrum teams, delivering incremental value in fast-paced sprints.

Drive best practices in UI performance, accessibility, and responsive design.

Partner with clients, product owners, and internal teams to shape outcomes aligned with business goals.

Mentor junior engineers, conduct interviews, and contribute to InRhythm’s engineering community via tech talks, workshops, and thought leadership.

Participate in technical pre-sales discussions, solutioning, and architectural planning.

✅ Key Requirements

8+ years of enterprise-level front-end development experience.

6+ years hands-on experience in React and Redux.

5+ years of solid TypeScript and JavaScript development experience.

Expertise in HTML, CSS, SASS, RESTful APIs, and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience with performance tuning, server-side rendering, GraphQL, and Websockets.

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, unit/integration testing, and automation tools.

Proficient in containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.

Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical designs and architecture diagrams.

Strong communication and leadership skills; experience interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prior experience in consulting or client-facing roles is a plus.

Familiarity with cryptography in frontend applications.

Experience working with design language systems and component-based libraries.

Prior experience working with global teams across time zones.

Location: Pune, Maharashtra (Yerwada – Nagar Road)

Mode: Hybrid (3 days/week from office)

Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST (IMPORTANT – US overlap)

Interview Process: 2–3 technical rounds with US-based panel
