United Developers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Head of Finance. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Finance to support the financial operations of our company. Responsibilities

Assist the Head of Finance with day-to-day financial tasks, including preparing financial reports, invoices, and statements.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and invoices.
Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate reporting and proper financial controls.
Support the Head of Finance in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Assist with the preparation of financial presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and maintain financial databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with accounting software and systems is a plus.
