Tuli is a YC funded Health Tech startup based in London, with the vision of making healthcare more convenient and accessible, and transforming community pharmacies into local health hubs. Tuli is at a very exciting stage of development, and currently looking for the first key hire for the Growth Team. Position Overview: We are looking for a Growth Marketer who will play a pivotal role in driving our growth marketing efforts and promoting our health tech solutions to end-users, pharmacies and healthcare professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive the growth of our startup. Key Responsibilities: • Growth Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement data-driven growth marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Collaborate with the leadership team to define target markets, positioning, team KPIs and messaging. • Marketing Experimentation: Run high-impact marketing experiments across the entire customer lifecycle. • Demand Generation: Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new customers and clients. • Conversion Rate Optimisation: Explore improvements across the full customer funnel, and work closely with the product team to improve product features and design. • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide regular reports and recommendations to the leadership team for continuous improvement. • Digital Marketing: Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising. • Offline Marketing: Manage and implement agile offline marketing campaigns including POS advertisement direct mail campaigns, events and trade shows. • Content Creation: Generate PQLs through highly valuable content, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies, to educate and engage our target audience. Ensure content is relevant and aligns with industry trends. • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity. Develop and enforce brand guidelines across all marketing materials and communications. • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Use market insights to adapt and refine marketing strategies. • Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve marketing goals. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, tech and customer support, to align marketing efforts with company objectives. • CRO: Work independently and with suppliers to actively improve website and landing page conversion rates. Qualifications: • Proven experience in growth marketing roles, with at least 3 years’ experience in a tech startup or a SME. • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and health tech solutions. • Have a startup and growth mentality • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. • Fluency in English and excellent communication acumen. • Excellent presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. • Creative thinker with a strong eye for design and branding. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment. • Results-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding marketing goals. • Confident with common analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel.
