What You’ll Do

Source,evaluate,andpresentqualifiedcandidatesforclientrolesandprojectrequestsacrossavarietyoflearninganddevelopmentdisciplines
Buildandmaintainastrongnetworkoflearninganddevelopmentprofessionalsthroughongoingrelationshipbuildingandengagement
Provide exceptional customer service to our clients by maintaining clear communication and ensuring timely follow-through on all recruiting activities and candidate updates.
Maintainaccuratetalentprofilesandcandidaterecordswithininternalsystems
Engagewithexistingtalenttounderstandavailability,experienceupdates,andalignmentwithcurrentclientopportunities
Evaluateandqualifycandidatestoensurestrongalignmentwithclientneedsandprojectrequirements
Coordinateinterviewsbetweencandidatesandinternalteamstofacilitateefficienthiringdecisions

5–7 years of recruiting experience placing talent in contract or consulting roles within a professional services or staffing environment
