We're seeking an exceptional Tax Manager to join our specialized cross-border tax practice. This is a unique opportunity for a high-performing tax professional who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys navigating the complexities of multiple jurisdictions, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences.

In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise, strategic thinking, and professional judgment to lead client engagements and provide impactful tax solutions. Working with a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll play a key role in their success while helping drive the continued expansion and evolution of our growing practice.

What You'll Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, along with a professional designation such as CPA, CPA CA, Master of Taxation, LL.M. (Taxation), Juris Doctor (JD), Enrolled Agent (EA), or significant progress toward completion of the CPA In-Depth Tax Program.

In-depth technical expertise in personal taxation, tax compliance, and tax research, coupled with demonstrated experience managing and reviewing complex tax engagements across multiple client profiles.

Proven leadership experience supervising, mentoring, and developing tax professionals while ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, with the ability to critically review financial statements, tax returns, supporting documentation, and technical analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and areas requiring further consideration.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex tax legislation and translate technical concepts into practical, actionable advice for clients and colleagues.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and effectively translate complex tax concepts into clear, practical guidance to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Strong technology proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required. Experience with CCH Axcess Tax, CCH iFirm TaxPrep, or similar tax software is considered an asset.

A proactive, adaptable, and client-focused mindset, capable of managing competing priorities and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical solutions efficiently.
