About Us:

Tree Logistics is a growing logistics company working closely with Amazon. We are looking for motivated interns (m/f/d) to join our team and support us intechnology, logistics, automation, and process improvement.

Your Responsibilities:

Identify and implementAI and automation solutions for processes
Optimize internal workflows throughperformance projects with department heads (Dispatching, Fleet, Recruiting, HR, etc.)
Assist in the recruiting process (process optimization)
Analyze existing processes and implement efficiency improvements

✅ You are at least in the 3rd semester of your studies
✅ Experience in process improvement is required
✅ Knowledge of AI, automation & technology is a plus
✅ Strong analytical skills & ability to work independently
✅Team-oriented, communicative & motivated
✅ You live inBerlin (Hybrid work possible)
