Toshal Infotech is seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team. As a Lead QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the quality assurance efforts and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and execute QA strategies and processes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, and mentoring
Define, implement, and execute QA strategies and processes
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
Conduct functional, regression, and performance testing
Identify, document, and track software defects and issues
Work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards
Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools and technologies

Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in creating and implementing QA strategies and processes
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail
Knowledge of programming languages like Java or JavaScript
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
