We’re looking for a **Growth & Partnerships Intern** to own and execute our go-to-market playbook — focusing on **affiliate programs, partnerships, and product launches** that drive B2B growth. This isn’t a typical intern role. You’ll work directly with the founder to **launch campaigns, manage partners, and shape the GTM engine** for a fast-growing SaaS startup. If you can learn fast, operate independently, and want to see your ideas go live — this is for you. The internship is structured as a **3-month contract-to-hire**, with the potential to convert into a full-time Growth role (with equity) based on performance. ### **What You’ll Do** * **Own our GTM roadmap** — help plan and execute product launches, affiliate/ambassador programs, and partner initiatives. * **Launch and manage affiliate programs** — recruit and activate influencers, agencies, and consultants. * **Plan and execute product launches** (e.g., Product Hunt, marketplace listings, integration campaigns). * **Drive co-marketing partnerships** with SaaS tools like ClickUp, Asana, Teamwork, and AgencyAnalytics. * **Coordinate event participation** (ANA In-House, Ops Week, Shared Services Week) — help with prep, sponsorship logistics, and lead follow-ups. * **Measure and optimize growth performance** — track metrics like MRR lift, referral contribution, and partner ROI. * **Shape the GTM engine** — test, learn, and document what works so we can scale it as a repeatable growth model. ### What Success Looks Like (First 3 Months) * Launch and scale our affiliate program → 20+ affiliates signed. * Run one major product or integration launch end-to-end. * Generate +20% MRR growth through partnerships and referrals. * Drive 50+ qualified leads from campaigns or events. * Build a repeatable GTM playbook for partnerships and launches. ### Who You Are * Strong interest in **B2B SaaS growth, partnerships, or GTM marketing.** * Comfortable working in fast-moving, small-team environments. * Excellent communicator — can pitch, partner, and write compelling copy. * Hands-on with tools like HubSpot, Notion, Zapier, Product Hunt, and LinkedIn. * Bonus: Experience with agencies or affiliate marketing programs. ###
