About the Role

We’re looking for a Danish-speaking Customer Support Intern to join our Operations team for a full time 6-month internship (with a possibility of extension/ turning into permanent role). This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, fintech operations, and problem-solving while working in a fast-paced startup environment.

As a Customer Support Intern, you will support our Danish-speaking customers, assisting merchants and buyers in navigating our platform, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Deliver outstanding customer support via email, chat, and phone.
Assist customers in onboarding, helping them transition smoothly from sales to active usage.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, identifying solutions and escalating issues when necessary.
Become an expert in Two’s platform, tools, and workflows.
Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Risk, and Product) to ensure customer needs are met.
Contribute to process improvements, helping optimise customer support and operational workflows.

You’re currently an undergraduate or graduate student (at least one year into your degree).
You’re fluent in Danish (native-level proficiency) and have strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
You’re customer-focused and passionate about delivering excellent service.

You have a strong work ethic and a thirst for learning.
You can quickly adapt to new software, tools, and technical environments.
