Master's degree or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in a data science leadership role with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, and proficiency in SQL.
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience managing teams and driving results in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
