The Role

We are seeking an innovative, outcome-oriented, energetic, and genuinely passionateSocial Media Managerto join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that amplify our brand and communicate our mission effectively. You will create engaging content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and our website, to attract and engage our target audience.

Your goal will be to enhance our online presence, drive traffic, and generate leads while ensuring that our messaging aligns with our brand values. You will also analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies. Your Responsibilities

Create and curate high-quality content for various digital platforms.
Plan, create, and publish content across all relevant social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with company goals and campaigns
Engage with our community — respond to comments, messages, and grow our following
Stay up to date with platform trends and adapt strategy accordingly
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Optimize website content for SEO and user engagement.
Track and report on key marketing metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI)
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Work with the team to set marketing goals and measure progress
Write, design, and distribute a regular company newsletter to our subscriber base
Grow and maintain the newsletter audience through list-building strategies
Test and optimize subject lines, content formats, and send times for best results
Manage the email marketing platform and ensure list hygiene
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand message.
Manage social media accounts, including responding to comments and engaging with followers.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Passion and high energy for results!
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, social media.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO, email marketing, social media).
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to create engaging and persuasive digital content.
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Basis analytic skills, comfortable reading data & drawing conclusions (Google analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
