Responsibilities

Evaluate and analyze client financial situations to provide tailored Reverse Mortgage solutions.
Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, industry partners, and referring agents.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and FHA/HUD guidelines related to Reverse Mortgages.
Conduct thorough loan assessments and prepare necessary documentation for approval.
Educate clients about the benefits and responsibilities of Reverse Mortgages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely loan funding and exceptional customer service.

Valid Mortgage Loan Officer license and NMLS registration.
Proven experience in mortgage lending, specifically with Reverse Mortgages, is highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with senior clients and their families.
Ability to analyze financial data and provide clear explanations of mortgage options and terms.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions.
Familiarity with FHA/HUD guidelines and compliance requirements in the mortgage industry.
A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a caring attitude towards seniors.
