Have you ever seen the show “Suits”? If so, you’re familiar with Donna, the legal assistant who basically works as another brain for Harvey, often being way ahead of anything he may need and essentially running his life significantly better than he could run it himself.

This is the type of person I’m looking for.

The Role:

I am looking for executive assistants (3 people) who is not only highly organized and detail-oriented but also thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You possess an innate ability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and ensure everything runs smoothly without my involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate issues and resolve them swiftly, often before they reach my radar.
Exceptional Organization: Triple-check your work and that of others, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Time Management: Protect my time and energy, ensuring I remain focused on core business activities and strategies.
Effective Communication: Excel in phone communication and follow-ups, ensuring timely responses and actions.
Memory and Recall: Remember details and tasks, so I don’t have to.
Goal Alignment: Ensure I’m hitting my goals by proactively removing obstacles and keeping me on track.

Your job would be to ferociously protect my time and my energy so that I never even know of issues until after because you’re so on top of everything.

Your goal would be to make sure I’m hitting my goals, and if there’s anything inhibiting that from happening you’re extremely proactive to remove the obstacles and make sure I stay on track to hit them.

You are my second brain. That excites you and you thrive in that role. You love being the ‘secret weapon’ to helping myself and my companies accomplish big, exciting goals.
