We are looking for an Innovation Services Associate to support the creation, refinement, and execution of a broad range of productized services that help our clients embrace innovation, adopt a culture of change, and empower internal stakeholders to acquire relevant skills. This is an ideal role for an intrapreneurial persona, passionate about translating complex concepts into structured, high-quality offerings. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the corporate world and a keen interest in shaping services that deliver real value to clients.

In this position, you will work closely with the delivery team to offer our services, understand and help refine our current offerings. You will create and pitch new service concepts to our team. You will develop service delivery roadmaps, along with all outreach materials for each service. This role combines research, design, coordination, and hands-on project execution, providing excellent exposure to multiple facets of a consulting product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Support the full product lifecycle, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.

Research industry trends, best practices, and client needs to identify opportunities for new or refined offerings.

Involvement in the delivery of existing offerings

Design and document new service offerings and product concepts.

Prepare briefs, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and client-facing use.

Contribute to workshops, pilots, and client engagements that bring new products to life.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on-time and high-quality implementation.

Monitor and track product performance and feedback, surfacing insights for continuous improvement.

Ensure all documentation, materials, and templates meet consistent quality standards and align with the company’s brand and expertise.

2–4 years of experience in services development, innovation consulting, or related roles.

Strong understanding of the corporate environment, digital transformation, and how businesses adopt innovation.

Excellent research, organization, and project coordination skills.

Sharp, structured communication in Greek and English, both written and verbal with solid presentation skills.

Previous experience with User Experience, Customer Journey Mapping & Design Thinking frameworks and methodologies will be considered as a plus.

Analytical mindset and resourceful, able to translate complex ideas into actionable frameworks.

Creative problem-solver, capable of balancing conceptual thinking with hands-on execution.

Comfortable collaborating across teams and interacting with clients when required.

Familiarity with SaaS tools (Slack, Jira, Confluence, Canva, etc.) and ability to use AI and LLM tools for productivity.

Growth mindset, curious and open to feedback. Eager to experiment, learn, and contribute to the team’s evolution.
