Responsibilities

Perform daily administrative tasks including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors, providing friendly and professional customer service.
Assist with coordination and support of sports leagues, events, camps, and facility rentals by managing registrations and communications.
Maintain and update databases and filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval and data accuracy.
Support the finance department with invoicing, processing payments, and tracking expenses related to programs and services.
Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and ensure organizational goals are met.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required to assist management and support operational activities.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably within the sports or recreation industry.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database management.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact positively with a diverse community of patrons, staff, and partners.
