Your responsibilities in details:

You independently handle customer support queries via calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact during our service hours 8:30-17:30h CET
Troubleshooting in case of late cancellations, non-attendance of the participants and other issues
Collaborating cross-functionally with Key Account Managers, Product Managers and Marketing
Handling customer and user requests via ticketing systems

This job is for you if you have…

a permanent residence and work permit in Europe
a background and experience in customer service or a similar office job
excellent written and verbal communication skills in French (ideally native) and English, German is a plus
a passion to deliver a first class customer service with a proactive, flexible and structured approach
the capability to handle difficult customers or situations by offering solutions
the ability to work under pressure in peak times and to meet demanding recruitment deadlines
an adaptive capacity to new systems, processes and tasks
the interest of contributing as a team player within a functioning team
the eagerness to constantly develop in this long term opportunity

It would be outstanding, but optional if you…

have experience in project / partnership management
are familiar with the service hub from Hubspot and/or the Zendesk ticketing system
knowledge about the Swiss market
can join our office days in Zürich twice a week
