Telematica is backed by Y Combinator (w22), WorldQuant Ventures and Collab fund. ### Job Overview: We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. The SDR will be instrumental in the initial stages of our sales process, focusing on researching, prospecting, and qualifying leads to build our sales funnel. ### Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, including electric utilities, retailers, and companies interested in innovative energy management solutions. 2. Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and direct outreach. 3. Follow up with prospects who have shown interest through social media or other engagement methods. 4. Use CRM tools (HubSpot) to track and report on prospecting activities and lead generation progress. ### Qualifications: - Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or a related role, preferably in an early-stage startup. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
