Town Centre Private Schools is seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to fill the role of PA to Headteacher and Administrative Manager. This is a crucial position within our esteemed institution, where you will be responsible for supporting the Headteacher and managing administrative tasks. As the PA to Headteacher and Administrative Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school and the success of our students.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Headteacher, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Coordinate and facilitate meetings, taking minutes and distributing key information to relevant stakeholders
Manage the school's administrative processes, such as admissions, enrollment, and student records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained
Oversee the implementation of school policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficient execution
Support the recruitment and hiring process by organizing interviews, processing applications, and conducting background checks
Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including newsletters, memos, and announcements
Monitor and manage the school's budget, tracking expenses and ensuring responsible financial practices are maintained

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational setting
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
