Administrative & Organizational Skills

✅ Time management – You work independently and prioritize effectively without constant supervision

✅ Calendar & scheduling expertise – You manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel/logistics (preferred for

Experience

✅ 1+ years in administrative, executive assistant, or back office support roles, OR

✅ 1+ years in remote/freelance work with international clients (US, EU, AUS, SG, etc.), OR

✅BPO background: At least 6 months in a Tier 1 role (CSR, TSR, Sales) plus 1+ year in a support/supervisory role or higher.

Technical Skills

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

✅ Email management and communication tools (Slack, Teams, Zoom, etc.)

✅ Basic knowledge of project management or task tracking tools (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, etc.)

✅ Comfortable learning new software and tools quickly
