We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries within the MENA region.
Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
Present and promote TajHR's recruitment, HR outsourcing, and workforce solutions.
Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular performance updates.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and support junior sales team members (for Team Lead candidates).

Requirements

3–6 years of proven B2B sales experience.
Demonstrated success in selling professional services, consulting, HR solutions, staffing services, or SaaS products.
Strong experience managing the full sales cycle independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the Jordanian and Saudi business markets.
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Based in Amman and willing to travel for business meetings and client visits.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience within recruitment, HR services, staffing, or workforce solutions.
Existing network of HR Directors, Operations Directors, business owners, or senior decision-makers in Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
Experience selling services to Saudi-based clients from Jordan.
Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring junior sales professionals.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar systems.
