Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design process, from conducting user research and conceptualizing wireframes to creating high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Create user-centered design solutions that align with business goals, incorporating best practices in interaction design, usability, and visual aesthetics.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to gather insights, define requirements, and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data.
Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user interface design and user experience principles.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, including web and mobile applications.
Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to communicate effectively and present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user pain points and propose innovative design solutions.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus.
