You’ll work directly with a leading loan officer team, gaining hands-on experience, mentorship, and access to real mortgage leads. Whether you’re working remotely or in-office, you’ll be part of a collaborative, growth-focused environment. We have unique ways of addressing problems in the marketplace with our custom solutions that will help you create professional relationships with referral sources.

Basic Standards:

Interest in the field of business management/ marketing/ sales/ finance
Finance and/or client relationship background preferred, but not required
Ability to work with cloud based technologies, web platforms and MS Office products, outgoing personality; ability to communicate with clients via phone and in person
Ability to pass background and compliance testing, as well as licensing testing
Basic mathematical skills required, advanced mathematical abilities helpful
