We are a fully remote fintech company with ISO27001 and ISO22301 certification, powering the Swiftaid Gift Aid automation platform. Swiftaid is already helping charities to find millions of pounds of funding that would otherwise be lost. As we steadily grow, we are seeking an Operations Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the company on a day-to-day basis. In addition, we are currently building a proof of concept project for HMRC centred around tax automation.

Role Overview:

The Operations Manager at Streeva will oversee and manage the daily operations of the business to ensure smooth and efficient functioning, which aligns closely with our company's vision and growth objectives. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of juggling various responsibilities including process optimisation, team coordination and task management. You will be the backbone of our operations, supporting the product teams in delivering high-impact projects like Swiftaid and maintaining operational compliance across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling and managing day-to-day operations.
Designing and implementing business operations that promote the company's efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitoring supplier effectiveness and maintaining our compliance with SLAs.
Implement, monitor and refine operational policies and procedures to maintain and ensure compliance with ISO27001/ISO22301standards and other regulatory requirements.
Establishing, monitoring and evaluating internal processes to identify areas for improvement.
Sometimes involved in hiring, training, and evaluating employees, especially in areas directly related to operations.
Identifying and addressing internal problems and opportunities for the company.
Tracking and recording financial transactions, managing invoices and receipts and liaising with accountants.
Maintaining and preparing documents to be filed with companies house.

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the fintech or tech industry for companies with fully remote staff members.
Proficient in using a variety of management tools and platforms to facilitate remote work and project management such as JIRA, Confluence and Xero.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and devise effective solutions.
Must be based in the UK and comfortable working in a fully remote setup.
Ability to adapt quickly to changes and where needed be comfortable handling a broader range of tasks to help drive the company's growth and success.

Useful Experience:

Familiarity with ISO27001 and ISO22301 standards and experience in maintaining compliance in a technology-driven environment.
Knowledge of data protection.
Background in fintech, especially with products or services related to payment processing or charitable donations.
Experience in IT support and employee onboarding
