STRADIGI CONSULTING on behalf of the world's largest online community for Learning & Development professionals, is looking for a highly driven, commercial-minded, International B2B Salesprofessional who thrives on building a strong sales pipeline, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. This is a proactive role where you are expected to be at the front line, engaging with prospects, leading commercial conversations, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships within a fast-growing global L&D and EdTech ecosystem. Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent pipeline growth and deal progression.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets.
Engage prospects through calls, virtual meetings, product presentations, and strategic follow-ups.
Expand existing client relationships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
Maintain a strong external presence through continuous networking and client engagement.
Gather market intelligence and client feedback to support commercial strategy and product positioning.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Commercial teams to maximize business opportunities.
Drive the sales of new and existing products and services across existing and emerging international markets.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
Proven track record of building pipelines, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Experience selling to international markets and managing global client relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (written and spoken).
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with clear ownership of results.
Experience using sales CRM platforms to manage customer relationships.
High energy, proactive attitude, and a strong sense of ownership.
