We’re hiring for a strong and experienced Content Marketer who will be dedicated to crafting and optimizing content on direct-to-consumer and B2B channels.This role reports to the CMO.

What You'll Do:

Execute the brand tone of voice, key messages, and content strategy across channels bringing Steadily’s content to life in exciting and engaging ways. Act as the go-to internal resource for copywriting and content requests to support cross-functional marketing needs.
In addition to crafting great content, you think like a marketer and know how to get our content seen by fresh audiences across channels. You thrive on finding exciting and buzz-worthy ways to build reach and get people talking about Steadily.
Become a landlord insurance expert and ensure all cross-channel content is factually accurate and compliant with Steadily brand guidelines, national and state-level insurance regulations, and marketing/advertising legal guidelines.
Understand the nuances of our product thoroughly and find creative ways to communicate technical product details and key selling points to various audiences - whether direct-to-consumer, independent licensed insurance agents, or our external partner ecosystem.
Dive into customer insights and identify opportunities to proactively address customer pain points and enhance the client experience through content.
Establish Steadily as an authority in the space by leveraging relevant first and third-party data to elevate content with unique and timely industry trends and insights.
Own an evergreen KPI tracking and performance measurement process to iterate on content through ongoing optimizations and surface insights to relevant stakeholders as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

Experienced:5+ yearsexecuting a cross-channel content strategy, including optimizing content for click-through rates, A/B testing, and content elements such as keyword density. Thorough understanding of insurance / marketing compliance.
2+ years marketing experience in either the Financial or Insurance industries.
Communicator:You have technical writing experience with an ability to translate complex insurance terminology into clear, simple, engaging content.
Detail Oriented:A keen eye for detail with an emphasis on proper punctuation, spelling and grammar.
Digital: Familiarity with marketing analytics and content key performance indicators.
Hungry: You want to make the leap into a high-growth tech startup to rapidly accelerate your career.

Compensation:

Starting range $90K base salary
