Responsibilities

Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments and travel arrangements.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
Organize and coordinate meetings, including taking minutes and following up on action items.
Handle data entry, filing, and organization of company documents and records.
Conduct research and compile information to assist with various projects and initiatives.
Support office management tasks, including inventory management and supplies ordering.

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and copiers.
Knowledge or interest in the cannabis industry and health and wellness sectors is a plus.
