Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate information is provided to customers.
Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to offer accurate assistance.
Provide feedback to the team on recurring customer issues to improve service quality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is preferred.
Excellent written communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable using various chat platforms and CRM software.
