Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to individuals seeking guidance in various aspects of their lives.
Share personal experiences and insights to inspire and motivate mentees in achieving their goals.
Develop individualized action plans in collaboration with mentees, setting achievable milestones.
Facilitate workshops and group sessions to encourage community building and sharing of experiences.
Listen actively to mentees’ concerns and provide constructive feedback to help them overcome challenges.
Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions and track progress against goals and milestones.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for mentees.

Proven experience in mentorship, coaching, or a similar role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
Empathetic and supportive attitude, with a passion for helping others grow.
Ability to develop individualized action plans tailored to the unique needs of mentees.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple mentee relationships simultaneously.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
A background in social work, education, psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
