That's why every entry level engineering hire at Superwall starts supporting developers. You'll learn Superwall inside-out, understand real pain points, and build relationships with developers who rely on us daily. After 12 months (or when we feel you're ready), you'll transition to a full-stack engineer, working across our mobile SDKs, web dashboard, backend and more. This isn't a support role with an eventual transition... it's an engineering position with a strategic onboarding :) **Months 1-12 (or until you're promoted):** * Support developers integrating the Superwall SDK (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Dart) * Troubleshoot customer issues and share best practices. Deploy fixes as you gain context. * Collaborate with engineering & product teams to improve docs, SDK usability, and identify product improvements. * Build deep expertise in how customers use Superwall for paywalls, analytics, and subscription management **Months 12+: Full-Stack Engineer** * Build and scale infrastructure serving \~2B end-users * Develop features across our TypeScript monorepo, analytics platform, and subscription management tools * Own projects end-to-end with the customer context you've built * Help onboard the next engineer through their support phase **Skills & Stack:** * TS monorepo w/ @EffectTS\_ * Clickhouse w/ @ClickHouseDB * MySQL & Vitess w/ @PlanetScale * Kafka w/ @warpstream_labs **Who You Are:** * You love helping developers succeed AND building technical solutions * You're excited to deeply understand a product before engineering it * Strong written & spoken communication skills (English native a bonus, not required) * You thrive on ownership and aren't afraid to wear multiple hats **About Superwall** Superwall is the world's most flexible monetization platform for mobile apps.
